Refund policy

We want you to love your TechAura purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.


**30-Day Guarantee**

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund or replacement.


**Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item**

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at hey.techaura@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.


**Changed Your Mind / Doesn't Fit Your Needs**

Contact us at hey.techaura@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products and shipping process, most returns are resolved with a partial or full refund without requiring you to send the item back. In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of the item or provide proof (such as a photo) instead of a physical return.


**How Refunds Are Processed**

Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may add a few extra days on top of that.


**Non-Refundable Items**

We cannot accept refund requests for: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items damaged due to misuse after delivery.


**European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal**

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Contact us at hey.techaura@gmail.com to begin this process.
